About the Proceedings

Conference Insights (Conf. Insights) is a dedicated section of the Proceedings Publication Platform by AIJR for publishing standalone conference proceedings. It enables conference organizers to publish peer-reviewed full-length conference papers as an independent proceedings volume dedicated to a single conference.

Each Conference Insights volume is assigned an ISBN and a DOI, while every published paper receives its own DOI for permanent identification and citation. Metadata for both proceedings volumes and individual papers are registered with Crossref, and published papers are discoverable through Google Scholar, ensuring greater academic visibility and long-term digital accessibility.

Conference Insights is designed for conferences that require a standalone proceedings publication rather than publication within a continuing proceedings series. It is suitable for conferences across all academic disciplines and is particularly appropriate for conferences where contributors include undergraduate students, postgraduate students, early-career researchers, faculty members, and professionals.

In addition to the online edition, organizers may request printed proceedings by paying the applicable printing charges. The printed edition is assigned a separate Print ISBN and is available in perfect-bound or hardbound format, subject to the minimum print order quantity. Conference Insights (CI) combines professional editorial support, DOI registration, Crossref metadata, online publication, and long-term digital archiving to provide conference organizers with a reliable and widely accessible proceedings publication service.

Conference organizers from universities, colleges, research institutions, professional societies, government organizations, and industry are welcome to submit a proposal for publishing their standalone conference proceedings through Conference Insights. The publication is suitable for conferences of all sizes, including workshops, symposiums, national conferences, and international conferences, seeking a professionally published proceedings volume with an ISBN and DOI. Conference Insights is particularly recommended for conferences where undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) students contribute to conference papers as authors or co-authors, providing an appropriate and widely recognized publication option for student-inclusive research conferences. If you would like to publish your conference proceedings with AIJR, submit your conference proposal for editorial evaluation, and our team will guide you through the publication process.
